(Senior) Manager



Mount Consulting is growing and therefore we are looking for a (Senior) Manager who wants to grow with us. You will deliver smart and sustainable solutions for the Finance & Risk challenges our (international) clients are facing. YOUR ROLE

As a (Senior) Manager, you will be involved in multidisciplinary transformation projects for our (international) clients, from design to implementation. Based on the insights and analyses delivered by you and your team, strategic decisions are made, Finance & Risk processes are transformed, and/ or new regulations are implemented.

Responsibilities differ per project, but you will be responsible for tasks such as:

  •  Managing a project, coaching consultants, and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Recognizing new developments, contributing to proposition development, and expanding the client portfolio
  • Delivering strategy-based solutions on client engagements by independently leading projects on end-to-end delivery
  • Designing transformation roadmaps and executing complex finance transformation programs
  • Designing and implementing target operating models for Finance and Risk processes
  • Helping clients navigate the evolving landscape of new regulations e.g., ESG

 In addition, everyone at Mount has an internal responsibility, so you'll be truly involved in Mount's growth. You can think about improving internal processes, defining new propositions, or organizing client events.

Our assignments are challenging and varied; no day, project or client is the same. We do limit ourselves to the CFO, CRO and CDO domain.

WHO ARE YOU?

Through your experience, you know what defines our industry and the consulting assignments therein.

You are an initiator. You are content driven and people like working with you because of your enthusiasm and your sharp advice.

  •  5+ of experience in a similar role within the CFO or CRO domain of a bank, insurer, or asset manager
  • You have knowledge of IFRS accounting and reporting, regulatory reporting and/or (financial) risk management
  • You have a passion for finance strategy, operating models, and transformations
  • You like to help client and colleagues and you get the best out of every collaboration
  • You can express yourself fluently in English and you have a basic understanding of Dutch
